    Description

    An adorable and quaint handmade Christening outfit from the 1940's. The delicate white dress has intricate embroidery and pleating along the front bodice, sleeves and front hemline. It has baby doll sleeves and a two button opening in the back. The hem was attached as a faux scallop. The white slip has a scalloped hem that shows slightly below the dress and tiny button closures at each shoulder. The detail in this hand work is amazing.
